I'd like to say thank you and well done to HaloPSA today. I notified them of an issue we were experiencing and they handled the call with professionalism and empathy. I asked if there was a Service Status page I could view to keep an eye on progress while they worked to fix things. There wasn't... yet! 30 minutes later however, boom! And a Service Status page was in action and the issue itself was fixed shortly afterwards. I couldn't have asked for better service. Well done Team Halo Service Solutions!“Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They expect you to fix things when they go wrong.”
